What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via debit or credit card, as well as through PayPal, Apple Pay, American Express, Bancontact, Giropay, iDeal, MyBank, Satispay, Sofort.

Currencies

While we offer the option to view our prices in currencies other than the Euro, it’s important to note that these prices are for reference only. All payments will be processed in Euro on the checkout page, as that’s the standard currency in France. We recommend consulting with your bank regarding any transaction fees that may apply when converting from your local currency to the Euro.

Payment is Denied

As of January 1, 2022, the European Union mandates that payment platforms incorporate strong cardholder authentication. This means that you’ll need to validate your payment through your bank’s mobile or web application during the purchase process.

If your transaction is declined, please understand that we don’t have control over this decision. This is part of the new security measures implemented to combat credit card theft and fraudulent transactions.

If you’ve confirmed the payment through your bank’s application but the transaction is still declined, reach out to your bank. There might be restrictions on making online purchases outside your country, or there could be a limit on the amount you can spend internationally.

Remember, you always have the option to use PayPal. In this case, payment confirmation will be sent to you via email.

Invoices and VAT

Upon placing an order, both a purchase order and an invoice are automatically generated. If your IP address indicates you’re outside the European Union, you won’t be charged VAT. However, if applicable, VAT may be added.

Customs Fees

Be aware that customs fees might be applied based on your country’s regulations. We’re unable to predict or cover these fees, so please familiarize yourself with your country’s customs policies.
